I have been using the winter to get ahead on making things and planning what to get started in the greenhouse.
I am addicted to making these teeny embroideries. They are available in the shop as necklaces, but can be made into keychains or bookmarks if you want. They are so much fun to make!
I also got my seeds for the upcoming planting season! I’m so excited to start my seeds and grow them up for sale. I miss eating rainbow food and I can’t wait to be able to offer rainbow plant starts for sale locally. Alas currently we are currently experiencing a snow storm and it’s not the best time for planting! Hopefully things improve in a few weeks so these seeds and seeds I saved from last year can become future food.
Meanwhile while the snow has been falling, I have been working on long arm projects. My dogs have no fur so I made them a super coozy dog blanket with a long arm pattern from Lily Street Patterns. It stitched out beautifully and it is so much fun! I liked the design so much I made two. Once the quilt is bound it will be for sale on my website.
