This pepper originates from Ukraine. These peppers have a pointy heart shape with thick flesh and a sweet, fruity flavor with no heat at all. These peppers can be used as a bell pepper substitute and are great for stuffing, roasting, pickling, and fresh eating. The plants grow over 2 feet tall and require staking to keep the peppers off the ground. These peppers have an excellent flavor for sauces!
