Buena Mulata (Capsicum annuum)

These cayenne peppers pack heat while giving you a show! The pepper starts out purple, then turns pink, then orange, and finally red. The plants are great producers and the get at least 3-4 ft tall. The fully red pepper is the sweetest, but the pepper is edible at all stages of ripeness. These seeds were found at the bottom of William Woys Weaver’s grandmothers deep freezer.
