This variant of time is the most flavorful. A low growing perennial herb that is drought tolerant and pollinator friendly. This herb goes well with soups, grilled meats, and vegetables. This is a tender perennial that may survive in Ohio, but it’s best to overwinter in a pot if you don’t want to lose your herb.

- Plant two weeks after all danger of frost has passed
- Plant in a sunny, well drained area
- Companion plant with rosemary, tomatoes, or cabbage
- Overwinter in a pot if you would like to keep for next summer.
