Summer Savory

Summer savory has a flavor that is a cross between thyme, mint, and marjoram. It is a relative of the mint family and it is a versatile herb that can be used in a variety of dishes. Summer savory is often used in meat rubs or as a substitute to pepper seasoning as this herb has a peppery flavor.

  • Can companion plant with rosemary, tomatoes, or cabbage
