A low growing perennial herb that is drought tolerant and pollinator friendly. This herb goes well with soups, grilled meats, and vegetables. This variant of time has a minty, citrus flavor. Orange thyme is sweeter and less pungent than other forms of thyme. It is a tender perennial in zones 6-8, so you may want to over winter this in a pot if you would like to grow it again the next spring.
