Mammoth Russian Sunflower

These plants are called Mammoth for a reason. They grow up to 12 feet and will attract all the pollinators in your area! The classic grey striped seeds are perfect for roasting or for attracting your furry animal friends.

Planting/Harvesting Notes

  • Plant after all danger of frost has passed.
  • Plant in well drained soil in full sun as the heads will require a lot of sun for good growth.
  • Leave 2-3 feet between plants to allow the plants to spread
  • Plants are drought tolerant once established
  • Remove plants once flowers have died off as these plants will not flower more than once.
