Kohlrabi

This variety of kohlrabi resists splitting in cold weather. These heads can be harvested when the bulbs reach tennis size but if left to grow, the heads still remain tender. Grate into a slaw, cut into strips for salads, or cube and toss into stirfry. Can be enjoyed raw or cooked.
