This is a fast growing pointed cabbage variety. This variety is often used for coleslaw. The plant produces a solid, tight, pointed cabbage with 1-2 pound heads. This variety keeps very well and has a mild cabbage flavor.
Planting/Harvesting Notes
- Transplant 24-36 inches apart
- Take care with the fragile root system while transplanting
- Crop is mature in 65-100 days
- Plant in full sun and well draining soil
- Harvest within one week of full maturity to avoid head splitting.
