This Danish heirloom variety is an early variety of cabbage that was introduced by H. Hartman and Co in 1909. This variety is often used for coleslaw. The plant produces a solid, tight, conical cabbage with 6-8 in diameter heads. This variety keeps very well and has a rich flavor.
