This Italian variety of broccoli was introduced to the US in 1890 and the 2-3 foot plant produces one 4 inch head and several small shoots after harvesting the central head. Broccoli thrives in the cold and can be planted once in the spring and once before fall.

- Transplant 12-18 inches apart
- Do not bury your transplant any deeper than they were inside their container
- Crop is mature in 48-85 days
- Plant in full sun and well draining soil
